Advocacy Law of the Republic of Latvia, Article 33:
The Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates is an administrative, supervisory and executive institution of the Latvian Collegium of Sworn Advocates.
Duties, rights and powers of the Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates are specified in the Advocacy Law of the Republic of Latvia. Its meetings are held once every three weeks.
Members of the Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates are elected for three years by the General Meeting of Sworn Advocates.
